Throughout your relationship with Zecco Trading, you may need to mail us a form. Usually this is because it’s legally required to have your “wet” signature on paper. Any form on this page would need to be printed, signed, and sent to our office:

Print or Store Your Application Documents
  • Choose your Trading account in the dropdown menu below.
  • If you have an outstanding application, the links "Customer Agreement" or "IRA Simplifier" should appear below the drop-down menu. Please click on each document that appears before you, which will open a pop-up window with the document.
  • Enter your Social Security Number when prompted. NOTE: For International customers without a Social Security Number, please enter your Government ID number to retrieve your documents.
If you have a Trading Account, please sign in to see the specific account application documents.

All the following forms are available when you open an account. In case you missed them the first time around, here they are again.
Apply for Margin Trading
If you would like to enable your account for margin trading, please complete this Customer Margin and short Account Agreement form. (Not applicable for IRA accounts)
Apply for Options Trading
If you would like to enable your account for options trading, please complete this Options Agreement form.
Apply for Money Market Sweep
If you would like to have uninvested funds automatically moved into a money market fund, please complete this Money Market Sweep Request form.
Add an ACH Relationship
If you would like to add an ACH Relationship to transfer cash between your bank account and your Zecco Trading account, please complete this ACH Authorization form.
Account Management
Transfer Securities From Another Broker (ACAT)
If you would like to transfer assets from another financial institution into your Zecco Trading account, please complete this ACAT form and attach a copy of your most recent brokerage account statement with this form. For expedited service please submit this paperwork via fax to 626-529-7077.
Internal Transfer Request
If you would like to transfer cash or securities between your Zecco Trading accounts, please complete this Internal Cash & Security Transfer Request form.
Deposit A Stock Certificate
If you would like to deposit non-restricted certificates for a listed or Nasdaq National Market System (NMS) stock, please complete the Irrevocable Stock Power Form. Please mail this form with your stock certificates directly to Penson Financial Services Inc. Attn: Stock Receipts. 1700 Pacific Avenue, Ste. 1400, Dallas, TX 75201. Please note: Zecco Trading does not accept certificates of pink sheets or OTC Bulletin Board stocks.
Request for Disposition of a Nontransferable Security
If you would like to request the removal of a worthless security from your Zecco Trading account, please complete this Request for Disposition of a Non Transferable Security form.
Place a Mutual Fund Order
If you would like to place an order for a mutual fund, please complete this Mutual Fund Order form.
Get a Quote Before Placing a Bond Order
If you would like to get a quote prior to placing a bond order, please complete this Bond Quote Request form.
Retirement Accounts
Traditional or Rollover IRA Withdrawals
If you would like to make a withdrawal from your Traditional or Rollover IRA account, please complete this IRA Withdrawal Statement form.

Update Your Tax Information (W-9)
If you would like to correct your Taxpayer Identification Number or your Social Security Number, please complete this W-9 form.
Update Your International Tax Information (W-8BEN)
If you would like to establish your foreign status for Federal Income Tax purposes, please complete this W-8BEN form.

Limited Trading Authorization
If you would like to designate someone you trust to place trades on your behalf, please complete this Limited Trading Authorization form. For your protection, this form must be notarized.
Transfer on Death
If you would like to pass the securities you own directly to another person or entity upon your death, please complete this Transfer On Death Account Agreement and Disclosure form.
