    no "add external ACH account" link

    I was able to setup an ACH early this week. After I received the two small deposits and came back, there is no link for me to verify the amount. "add external ACH account" and "ACH instructions" links have gone. Could anybody see these two links? I am wondering if somebody could copy and paste the link here so that I could give it a shot by directly accessing through the address bar. Thanks a lot.

    i am having the same problem.  i just spoke with customer service.  they are trying to fix the "bug" and hope to have it done today.

    I tried out the link by myself. Here it is. You have to login first.

    I was able to successfully verify my ACH now. I could see it under "my info". However, I could not move money as it says "There are no records available for the selected account. " under "move cash" section. Weird....

    Update: I went to "Other Transfer Options" and was able to setup a new transfer there between my bank and Zecco. However, I won't do it now as the system is messed up right now.

    I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SET_UP ACH FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. GONNA WATCH FOR YOUR POSTS TO SEE IF YA HAVE ANY MORE LUCK. GOT AN ACCOUNT< WOULD KINDA BE ABLE TO USE IT>

    Finally someone else is having the same problems I've been having the past week. I emailed customer service numerous times and they always answered with the message just go to the ACH transfer link and fill in the information. Well, if the link doesn't work how are you supposed to do that. I don't think the customer service people actually perform the steps to see if problems are real or not. I got so frustrated because I was trying to buy some stocks before the recent uptick, that I opened an account with Scottrade and had money in the account the same day I opened the account. Now that is service.

    I've had the same problem - CSR told me they would be emailing me an "easy ACH" form that I would have to mail in with a voided check.  I never had so much trouble with any other brokerage - I understand they are just getting their feet wet but this seems to be bad planning on their end to roll out a frontend.

    If they can't keep their 10 commission-free trades a month, they will be closing their doors.  I guess you get what you pay for.

    An CSR told me the same thing. I rejected his proposal as I thought the form should be online. Obviously I was wrong.

    I just established a transfer of $20. Let's see how it goes.

    Just got an email from the CSR (without the form, btw) stating that it's a known issue and that it should be fixed tomorrow. 

    They might want to up their customer service/PR a bit so we know what's going on prior to these rollouts.  The guy I talked to on the phone said that they were experiencing the highest volume of calls since the inception of the company.

    I can imagine, kinda like keepin' a horse from water, if he smells it watch out...same with money, especially if it means makin' it or not!!!

    During the implementation of improvements to the ACH process, we experienced technical difficulties that affect some, not all Zecco Trading customers. Our technical team has found and fixed the situation, which will be released after today's close of the markets.

Everything did get released after close of the markets... but since I used the direct link metioned above to confirm my bank account during this implementing process.... the new system won't recognize my account and ask me to confirm again, and since the account has already been confirmed, it rejected my second confirmation and everything messed up. I assume if I did not use the direct link, I will be fine by now. :(

    I guess the fixed problem still isn't fixed.  I cannot find a link to ACH Instructions, either.  I just spent the last five business days finding out that my 1-day wire transfer actually took five days and STILL didn't take.  After that, I figured I would just go the normal route and do the ACH but it's a no-go on that, too.  I don't think I have ever worked so hard to give someone $2400.  One would think it would be a bit easier.

    1. Sign in to Zecco
    2. Sign in your Zecco Trading account
    3. Go to https://www.zecco.com/ach/movecash.aspx

    Here you can manage your accounts, as well as move money in and out.
