skoodog:I've had the same problem - CSR told me they would be emailing me an "easy ACH" form that I would have to mail in with a voided check. I never had so much trouble with any other brokerage - I understand they are just getting their feet wet but this seems to be bad planning on their end to roll out a frontend.
If they can't keep their 10 commission-free trades a month, they will be closing their doors. I guess you get what you pay for.
An CSR told me the same thing. I rejected his proposal as I thought the form should be online. Obviously I was wrong.
I just established a transfer of $20. Let's see how it goes.
