Did the merger get approved by the FCC? The DOJ approved it, but I think its still pending on the FCC, however they did say they would follow the lead of the DOJ.

I have owned SIRI for just over a Year, i bought when the talks of merger started.  To my dismay, SIRI took a nose dive, but its working its way back.  Im just about out of the hole on that one.  I am hoping for the merger (finally) and maybe 5/6 a share.  I think it will be great once they merge.  They wont compete with each other, and the consumer will actually benefit from the deal.  Lower prices, and more availability... Some may argue, its just going to cause prices to jump because they have the market share.. But, Personally I wouldn't pay the 13.0/mo or what every they charge now.  So unless they price comes down, i don't think they will see much new consumer growth (after the free year many car companies offer with new car purchase)

I bought an option contract @ $15.00 for Apr.  Do you think I might have a chance?  I was reading the news for Zecco and they were saying how the Merger was approved and would be followed by FCC.  I then checked my Apti-Stock, where it looks as if the tech analysis is looking on an upward trend.  I am new to this, so if I am wrong...  I am just learning about reading the news, even though I'm not sure of the best "news spots" to read, or what exactly to look for.  Have any opinions?  Any advice would help...

    Thanks
