    Found this:

"Leading credit and debit card provider Visa changed the timing of its IPO earlier this afternoon, with the deal now expected to price on March 18th instead of March 19th. The terms of the deal remain the same: 406 million shares at a range of $37 to $42. J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Banc of America are the lead underwriters on the deal."

To buy it, I will need to see the financials. I see GOOG's financials before the IPO with my former Scottrade brokerage account, thus I'll take a look once I know Visa's symbol. I'll be buying it if I find the offer attractive. Otherwise, I won't

I will probably buy Visa if it hasn't risen too much in the secondary market.

I'm hangging back from this IPO.  I think it will take off and then the banks who own it will sell off their stake because they all need capital.  I think we (the common man) will pump it while the banks dump it.

I try not to make plans since nothing ever works out like I hoped for, but under the right circumstances I might go all in and dump it as soon as I make a nice gain.

I bought at 60 at the open  (Zecco got me lower than my offer).  It's trading between 60 and 58 and I expect if it can stay here in this range after tomorrow's open, it's off to the races and a good hold.  If it goes lower today it might be time for a stop loss.

Visa Inc., "trade symbol V" ( not the bank in Arkansas trading at cents per share) is an excellent investment. Compare it to Mastercard who went public last year and started around $34.50 a share and now trades around $220.00, Visa commands three times the market share. It incurres none of the debt risk, a Visa card issued by Bank of America, B of A assumes all of the risk of the credit but Visa gets it's cut and then gets paid every time the card gets swiped. Visa's value is in name recoginition and their costs fall to advertising and maintaining their data network. As long as "Life begins with Visa, " it's a money maker. When American's start living on what they make again and not what they can borrow is when you have to worry.
