    What is the fastest way to get out from being flagged as a daytrader???? (Besides 25K in your account)

    I believe that today I went over my day trade limit and I am really sure that I will be flagged by Monday and my question to you is this: Have you ever been flagged ???

    How did you get out  and how fast???

     

     

    What is the best and fastest way to get out of it??? without having to deposit the 25k ???

     

    Please advice.

    The fastest way to get out of it:  Just play dead (it will work with most bears).  Seriously, call customer service, tell them that you don't know what you are doing and ask them to unflag you.   According to the rule, you are allowed to make 1 mistake.

    as i know there is no anyother ways . because one you flagged as a pattern day trader that status will not change.

    We could have a better Idea of what is going on.. If you broke the rule if you listed your trades for the last 5 days.. We dont need specifics.. Just buy/sells/dates.  Sharing this data is really wonderul ( i love Sharebeta)
