I'll second that. While in December of 2006, the stock looked decent, there hasn't been any report since; it's last annual report was 2006. Also, it is trading at $3 per share so it's virtually in the penny stock arena, thus it's best to stay away. My opinion on penny stocks is to not invest in them unless there is an underlying business reason to do so that would compel you to decide to make a venture capital investment.
Why buy a stock that is trading at a low price (i.e. 1 cent to $3) when it may be just as or more expensive than an equivalent $30 per share stock? Looking at PE and PEG as well as price trend (for momentum or value) as well as looking at the annual report, listening to the conference calls, and researching the various product lines is probably the best way to invest.
