$64 is still cheap for this stock!
By what metric? $64.35 x 406 million shares is a market cap of $26.1 billion. With earnings of $1.6 billion, the stock is trading at an expensive 16.3 times earnings and 14.3 times forward earnings. MA is trading at 24 times earnings with a 1.6 PEG. It's thus growing at a 15% growth rate. Lets say Visa goes to 20 times earnings, that would give it a market cap of $32 billion or $69.57 per shsare Visa's likely growing at a 13 or 14% rate, thus it's got a PEG of between 1.16 and 1.25. To me, that's not the cheap stock that people are touting about.
I swear thats what was said about MA, GOOG , etc ,,,,,,,,, I bought a few on ipo day. V= Victory
