    TROUBLE SIGNING IN

    Good Afternoon All !!!!

    I am having issues signing on to ZECCO. Sometimes I log on without a hitch, other times no matter what I do I cannot log on. I try an hour later and everything is ok. The initial log on where you sign on with your username is the one giving me problems. The log on to trading seems cool. This happens on my desktop and my laptop so I don't think it is the computers.

    Zecco's servers are held together with string and scotch tape -  we all have problems signing on or trading from time to time. It's something you learn to live with in return for the low fees...

    Note that if you repeatedly have the same problem over a period call customer service - accounts often get buggy.

    Thanks for reporting this, although the comment on the Zecco servers is a wild exaggerating we clearly distance ourselves from. Our Technology Team is solving the after hours sign in issues that some users are experiencing.
