    Besides the Service Unavailable messages, it seems as though records of my ACH transfer are lost, and I do not see the $$ that was moved from my bank  account (transaction is recorded in my bank account) into my zecco account. I'm new to using Zecco, and if they've lost my $$ already, this is not a good introduction.

    I tried putting in orders today on limit and a few times it went bellow my limit order but my order was never field  i didnt have aon  and i tried to raised my limit it then took 10 minutes to change
    and by then the price went up even more ,........
    i got mad and decided to cancel all together and tried putting a order in for xrm and then it was rejected I have the funds  and everything         guess since i just swiched to a margin account they have things  messed up with whats going on today or something

    grrr

    For those of you who are new to zecoo, get used to it.  I call zecco about once a month.

    I am glad i read all of this. I am currently in the opening account process, however, I don't think I'll finish the process since customer service seems to be lacking true quality. I expected more from this brokerage firm, but reading all this issues reported by users made me change my mind. Could it be a coincidence that I am reading about these issues today or is Zecco permanently having technical problems? Can someone tell me in order to assess my final decision of whether enrolling Zecco or pay a bit more for better customer service and smooth transactions.

    Today i traded something on the nyc and it went in instantly  I could see my ask price updated right on my screamer just as fast as i  sent the order very smoothly done I think with them being newer and all once they have all the bugs worked out it will get  better then anything out there
