I am glad i read all of this. I am currently in the opening account process, however, I don't think I'll finish the process since customer service seems to be lacking true quality. I expected more from this brokerage firm, but reading all this issues reported by users made me change my mind. Could it be a coincidence that I am reading about these issues today or is Zecco permanently having technical problems? Can someone tell me in order to assess my final decision of whether enrolling Zecco or pay a bit more for better customer service and smooth transactions.
