    I understand what a rights offering is, I have questions on how to participate.
     
    When my shares of TICC go ex-rights, will the rights show up in my account
    under the rights symbol? The symbol will be TICCR.
     
    My guess is that the answer to that would be yes. Then I would be able to
    sell the rights if I choose.
     
    My next question is, how do I exercise my rights to buy the additional shares?
