    Quicken Download From Broker or Dealer Website?

    How do you set up a  account with Pension to download transactions?  Gives message "Please login through your broker/dealer's website to gain access to this account information"  I am already login to my zecco account.  Where is a broker or dealer web site?  How do you download 2007 transactions for taxes.  Quicken or spreadsheet is fine. Will not pay for Gains Keeper as last year did not work.

    I struggled with a similiar issue last night and eventually gave up trying to import tax data from zecco into turbotax. I dont think we have access to Penson to download trade data and tax data directly into the program. I believe turbo tax adn other programs can connect through gainskeeper if u purchase that.

    If you go to account records, you can download your transaction history in quicken or money format and then import those manually if that helps.

    What if the account has been closed? I can't go into the account and see the transaction history too.   Does any one know any other way can download the transaction history?  Thanks,

    oh I'm not sure about that one. If you cant access the history, then you may just be left with your confirmation slips they mail you.  I dont wanna sound like Zecco Jon on this one, but you may wanna just contact customer service :)   The good thing is they usually reply to any email within a day.

    I had the same problem.  I was using Internet Explorer but I tried it in Firefox and it worked.

    Hey ubudfox, I finally figured it out.  I hope it is not too late for you.  So, go into your Trading Center and sign in.  Then click on Account Records.  It will give you a link to Quicken.  It will then give you the dates that you can download from and a button to click on for Quicken.  I hope this helps.

    I use Quicken 2008 Home & Business. I download the QFX file in Firefox and import into Quicken. It shows no transaction and with balance 0. Please help.
