stuartw6:I've dabbled in MI, but still do SSGs on all investments. Does your club use Zecco to broker it's holdngs? Do you even know if Zecco allows General Partnership accounts? We are a 2 year-old club looking for ways to save on equity transactions and our club is currently doing program trades through Mystockfund.com!
And none of us plan to attend the money show.
I could be wrong, but it's my understanding that Zecco doesn't yet cater for general partnerships. It might be something that changes if enough people ask.
I think that Manifest is a nice addition to the SSG. They each use pretty much the same philosophy; with the Stock Selection Guide, you end up looking under the hood in more detail.
I used Mystockfund for many years and liked it. I then switched to SogoInvest which is another great service. I think Zecco has each of them beaten. I don't know if you have ever purchase options (in my case LEAPs) or written covered calls, but you can't beat Zecco's commission rates!
