First let me say that I'm just a satisfied customer of this company and have no other invested interest in the firm. This tool actually performs as advertised. It's a web-based online tool. You can try it out without subscribing. I also promote Zecco in their Forums. I suggest you take their "tour" of the product.

StockFetcher - Dynamic filtering
StockFetcher's text-based filtering is a unique method for creating high-powered stock screens, using plain-english phrases. The fundamental concept behind the free-text filters is to provide a natural, non-mathematical way to tap into the power of the technical analysis features available on StockFetcher. Through a mix of well-defined and clear-meaning phrases, along with popular and powerful technical indicators, StockFetcher provides an incredible amount of screening power.
Once you've defined the filter you're looking for, all of the dynamic screening is perfomed in real-time on the latest end-of-day data using StockFetcher's proprietary technical indicator, stock price data, and charting engine. The results seen from the free-text queries have not been pre-built, it's the result of the specific phrases created.
What I like about it is you can create a search using plain english and almost limitless criteria. Now has intraday data.
Below is a High Volume simple filter I built and use fairly often written in plain english. I have built other more highly technical indicator fitlers using StockFetcher but the ones I use most are really simple indicators..
show stocks trading between 1 and 5
average volume above 5000000
volume 0-days ago above 1000000
add column exchange
add column open
add column low
add column high
add column high minus open{> open}
add column low minus open{< open}
add column high minus low{range}
This filter gives me high volume trades with an intraday price range amount, screened and charted. You can actually copy and paste this filter text in their "Create a Stock Screen" and test it out.
I have customized my charts to show fast stochastics and other fundamentals.
If I can be of help, please let me know.
