    [BRIEFING.COM] It appears traders are returning from the New York lunch hour with an appetite for equities. A renewed wave of buying interest within the last 20 minutes, spearheaded by another turnaround in the Tech sector, leaves the indices trading at afternoon highs.

    Be that as it may, while Tech's leadership is notable, the lack of follow-through buying in the more influential Financials sector and fact that not even the defensive-oriented Consumer Staples is catching a bid, continue to act as offsetting factors.
