    Help with buying power

    I recently began buying on margin and am having trouble understanding my buying power. According to Zecco I have Overnight Buying Power 24,176.00 with cash -1,963.97. I understand I burrowed 1,963.97 from zecco but how much more can I purchase. Is it 24,176 or do I need to add more money since there is no cash for the initial margin?

    Also what does  Maintenance Excess      13,484.25 mean. Is this the amount I am currently above getting a margin call and when it hits  zero I recieve a call? Thank you
