I would like to buy shares of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, but I have some doubts.
It could seem a good deal, because its stocks' price went up 41.29% in the last year and 509.48% in the last 5 years. Furthermore, CHK's P/E is 19.14 and its EPS is $2.56.
However, the stock's price reached two times $50, then, suddenly, the volume raised and the price fell again (Double Top?). Is it the signal that a group of shareholders is selling stocks when they are high to buy them back later? Could CHK's stocks break through the resistence?
