Here's what he sent me yesterday. I suspect that this is a pump and dump scheme. since I joined his first two picks were bummers.

This is a quick warning that we are releasing a new
stock pick, tomorrow morning. (Super Tuesday)

This stock just the other day tumbled down loosing 20%
of its price... on an already unjustifiably low priced
    stock.

This company operates in the financial trading sector
and therefore this pick benefits from myself having a
    clear edge over other investors.

Marl has identified that the way this stock is currently
trading it is ready for a good strong run, and I want to
make sure my members are in front of it.

Actually, I never received the service, so, I contacted the company that handles their services and cancelled the product. I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and had my card account credited for the amount. I had no difficulty doing this. Take care and happy investing.

Thank you Zecco for at a wonderful zecco price allowing us to be scammed by such websites. I am glad to see that the increase in fees and decrease in free trades is benefitting us all with these amazing ads everywhere for scams. You don't endorse it but you do allow it.

Hi, I signed using my paypal account and all I got was computer generated emails for responses. I never got a stock pick for 2 weeks so I asked for a refund and they refunded me in 2 days to keep there account with paypal in good standing. You can ask for a refund for non service or dispute the charges if you paid by credit card but don't delay call your card company right away they are open 24 HRs. Roger

I'll give you a couple of tips for your trouble.
Try out PURE (biomedical) they were recently added to nasdaq and are volatile. Potential for growth but analysis say neutral interest.

There is also silver dragon New ownership company has bottomed out to .25 cents roughly they've been around for 4 years and have gone as high as $3.50
Shorties capitlize the most but considering most companies die in 3 years and this one has outlived the mortality rate for new companies I say its a promising bet.

    hmmm
Oh yeah its a silver company

First let me tell you this.  Never, Ever buy anything online without a credit card. I added protection you get with paypal, its ok.. Using a Credit Card, and paypal covers you twice over when you get scammed.  (like buying something mail order which has a 30 money back guarantee but then never respond to email, calls, and of course never gave a return address)

As far as stock tips.  Never trust them.  I dont care who they are from. Always, Always do your own research.  Dont buy because your buddy told you to.  Dont use stock tips from emails, cheap programs.  I dont know about thefool. com - I never tried it, maybe that one is ok.. But still, do your own research.

The way to get started in invest, in my honest opinion, is not with penny stocks!  Too risky for the new guy.  I tried one penny stock, HSFI - my dad wanted to see what happened with it.. We put 20 bucks into it.. Its worth 80 cents today.  (this was assured to be a huge gain - from the email tip.. At least we didnt expect it to pay off)

To get started in investing, you need to learn how to do research.  To get started, I would take any money you were going to invest, buy into the the index fund, on eft.  Then, get a online portfolio, and treat the money as if it were real.  Invest, pick stocks you like. Stock you have done research on.  See how it would have paid off.  Once you feel you are doing ok, get your money from the fund and try with real money.

I watched the markets, for alteast a
