    2 questions

    Reply Quote
    1) How can I get a complete information on what exchanges I can trade with Zecco?

    2) There are 10 free trades per month. I would like to get a little more details on this, to be able to answer questions like these:
Is it 10 trades per calendar month? If an order was not executed, does it count as a trade? If I modify an order, does it count as a trade? What if I place 20 orders now, 10 of them executed in May, 10 in June - will it be free?

    Thank you.

    It's mainly NYSE and Nasdaq.

It is by calendar month. I think only executed orders count as trades, but I'm not 100% sure. These are good questions and I'd call customer service to assist you.

Not quite sure about the answer to your first one.  I know at least the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ.

    2)  Anyone but a daytrader is going to have a hard time finding a better deal on stock and options trades. Daytraders, you’re in luck, too. You can make up to 10 trades a month at no cost with $2,500 minimum account net equity, and after that you only have to pay a paltry $4.50 per stock trade. Please keep in mind that only the first account of any account type is eligible for our Free Trading program.

    1) I think there's some info on that in the FAQ but not sure.

    2) Yes, it's per calendar month.
On the first of every month, if you have over 2500 in equity, you get 10 free trades until the 30th/31st, at which point it starts again.
Only executed orders count as a trade.
Modifying does not count as a trade.
The last part I'm not 100% sure, but I don't see any reason why all 20 wouldn't be free if the executions fell 10 in May, and 10 in June.
