The stress test was a joke. None of the banks failed, it was designed that way.

1. I think Wells Fargo, Chase, AMEX and Citigroup will come out pretty
clean or at least I hope so because I use Wells and AMEX and 2. as long as people don't get completely scared away from the possible negative results, there will probably be a slight downturn for those that "fail" these tests, but then again, if they're getting help from the Fed in the end, then all of that's likely to get better again.
