In Remembrance of Our Good Friend Barry Fischer

Dear Investors,

It is with great sadness I have to announce that a good friend, a great colleague and a true Zecconian passed away last night. Barry Fischer, our General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer lost a long and hard fought battle against cancer.



I had the honor and pleasure to attend the Bar Mitzvah of his youngest son last year. This brave young man spoke to his family during the ceremony. He talked about his father’s fight against cancer, and he expressed the dedication, warmth and strength his father passed on to him. That is exactly how I will remember Barry: a very warm, dedicated and strong man. I will miss him dearly as a true friend and highly respected colleague.

Our thoughts are with him and his family.
