You may have noticed some recent changes to our
site. We’re very excited about a lot of
the new features that have come out, and can’t wait for you all to check them
out! For one, the homepage has been adjusted
to re-position some of the ads and bring better market news to you. And we’ve made some of the navigation easier
inside ZeccoShare for people looking at some of our most-held and most-traded
stocks.
In the Market Data section of the site, you’ll notice a much-improved Stock Screener to help you find that specific stock you’re looking for. You can filter by over 30 dimensions like price,
market cap, and EPS – or even details like shares outstanding or dividend
yield! If you’re an options trader make
sure to look at our new Options
Analytics tools. Powered by
iVolatility, these tools give you the information you need to make better
options investing decisions. My
favorite is the Profit and Loss Calculator (pictured below), which gives you a
graphical representation of any options strategy.
Then there’s the long-awaited improvement to
ZeccoShare. We’ve added performance metric
so you can see how well you are performing for each of your holdings, compare
yourself against the best (and median) performers in the community, and see who
in ZeccoShare is outperforming
everyone else. On the Member Search
page, you can enter specific criteria (like “Long Term: Buy & Hold
Investors") and see the top performers who meet that description. Furthermore, if you’re in the top 5%, top
20%, or top 50% of all investors in ZeccoShare, you get a medal that is
automatically displayed on your profile. There are still a few little glitches that we’re
ironing out (it is a Beta, after all), but it’s already my favorite feature we’ve
put out so far.
