New At Zecco

Announcing the New Zecco Community Advocates

As part of our continuing efforts to improve the Zecco.com Investment Community, we have been recruiting existing members to take an active leadership role on the site.   Their title is Communtiy Advocates, and some of the responsibilities include:

- Being regularly active and helpful in the Community Forums
- Especially focusing on one forum area, i.e. New Investors
- Being first to preview upcoming features and provide feedback
- More recently, trying out our new ZeccoShare Beta

Although they are not employees of Zecco.com, they are still key players in helping make this place better for all of us!

I'd like to briefly introduce some of these people, you have probably seen them around already.  You may also now recognize them by their new avatar images in many areas of ZeccoShare.  Here they are, in no particular order:

XinStar2006
Xinstar2006 is a long-time trader interested in technical and fundamental analysis.  His primary forum is Screening and Picking.




UncleBilly
UncleBilly is a retired trader, having made market in options as a pit trader in Chicago.  He concentrates his efforts in thrift conversions, microcaps, and de novo banks.  His primary forum is New Investors.



WTrask4
William Trask an Anesthesiologist loves playing the market, but has realized for long-term retirement savings a buy-&-hold strategy offer a good return with very low risk.  His primary forum is Portfolio Building.



ACrowder
Andrew Crowder, the Chief Options Strategist and founder of Crowder Investment Research, has been investing in stocks and options for over 10 years. A graduate of the University of Oregon and Northern Arizona University, Andrew’s work experience includes working for the medical division of W.L. Gore and Associates in Flagstaff, AZ, Oppenheimer & Co. in New York City and more recently working as an options trader, research analyst and financial columnist for a prominent stock options based newsletter and advisory service.

Over the last few years he has worked diligently towards refining several of his favorite and most successful options-based strategies. His hard work and diligence has proven to be a success and now he wants to share his ideas and strategies with a limited group of like-minded investors.   His primary forum is Options Trading.
