People can't stop talking about the Fed's interest rate cut. We think that's a good thing - the more discussion that gets out there, and the more opinions presented, the more informed people are about their financial decision making. For those who need a little lighter spin on things, we wanted to let you in on Jon Stewart's interview of Alan Greenspan. It's a very timely interview, done the day of the cut, and puts a nice spin on a serious issue for everyone's enjoyment.
I particularly liked Jon Stewart making the distinction between "the people who work, and they pay payroll taxes and use banks," and the people who invest in the markets. Zecco believes in leveling the playing field for everyone, so that all people can enjoy the same benefits of investing, whoever they are.
Greenspan actually responds to Stewart's prompt, saying that when people are confronted with uncertainty, they pull back and disengage. But with Zecco, we believe in something different. At ZeccoShare, people communicate when faced with uncertainty, asking trusted advisors questions and following what seasoned investors do under the same situations.
