Movies are one of the most compelling art forms in modern culture.  From documentaries to Hollywood action films, movies reflect who we are and what we value. They also make us think.

This blog is dedicated to my personal passion for movies as an art form, and also to the business of making movies.  Sometimes I look at stocks around the movie business.  Other times I use movies I have seen as a launch pad for research I do on emerging markets or new ideas.  If you subscribe, I think you will find this blog appropriately educational/thought-provoking -- especially if you enjoy movies yourself.
