Break Man Video Summary:

Break out buy watch list for short term gains  August 9 includes: GES, GME, MPEL, DAKT, CVS, ALTR, ABX, MSCC, DISCA, MOS.
Several candidates for break out or pullback  plays for at least short term gains by buying the break out on good volume and selling at least some on the  first day. http://stocktiger.com

Swing Man Market Recap:

The following sectors look shortable:

Brokers, Banks, Homebuilders, and some Real Estate Groups.  The magnitude of this problem is much larger than Bear Stearns, etc.  This morning BNP Paribas is the next shoe to drop - there will be more since the size of this problem is at least $500 Billion.

From a technical standpoint, we are rallying up in a minor "b" wave, and this should be followed over time by a minor "c" wave correction, which should take us to new lows by the end of this month. There is currently negative RSI divergence (see yellow 60 minute chart below) on the SPX near resistance thus it's not surprising that the market would reverse down from these levels.  Last the markets are playing ping pong between support of the 200 day moving averages below and the resistance of the 20/50 day moving averages above.

   CNBC Fast Money Review

1. CRAZY FINISH BUT COMEBACK CONTINUES

The headline: Another Day Of Volatile Trading As The Dow Finishes With A Gain Of 153 Points.
Adami: Feels that tech is leading this market. Likes JNPR and HPQ.
Dylan Ratigan: Exlains CSCO Chief John Chambers said the global economy is the strongest he's seen.
Najarian likes CSCO as well as KO which reached its 52 week high on Wednesday.
Bolling:  The market is jittery. Believes when CNBC dispelled a rumor involving GS, the market turned higher.

2. BUFFETT THROWS HIS FREIGHT AROUND:

The headline:  Rail Shares Jump After Buffett's BRK Raises Stake In BNI.
Adami: Don´t buy BNI at this level. Feels there will be an entry point.
Najarian: Feels differently. He thinks Buffet has set a level and investors can safely enter the rail stocks.

3. The Top 3

   1.Countdown To Beijing Games

It's officially one year to the Beijing Olympics The games are not only a cultural phenomenon for China - they are a business phenomenon, too. In fact, the Chinese government is spending $40 billion on infrastructure in the ramp-up to the games.
Adami:  The play is owning CHL, PTR and CAT until the start of the Olympics.
Bolling: Recommends buying the China 25 Index (FXI).
Najarian: Likes JOBS a Chinese employment company.

   2. Melanoma Miracle

The traders noticed a move today in shares of MEDX, a biotech firm  that's developing a skin cancer treatment.
Najarian: says he doesn´t know why the stock moved. The only thing he can come up with is a report from July 25th which talks about the miraculous effect of their drug MDX010. The report suggests the drug cures melanoma. However, it´s still in clinical trials. BMY also moved up and they are partnered with MEDX in the making of this skin cancer drug.
Bolling: Doesn´t believe it. Says if there was a drug that cures melanoma; the stock would be up 9000%.
