Reminder, Sign Up For Paperless!

Just a reminder to sign up for paperless documents. Refer to below:

How to sign up?

In the trading center, select “Account Records” and “Account Statements” to sign up for paperless documents now. You can learn more about paperless by reading our FAQs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you don't select paperless, you will continue receiving the paper documents. Sign up for paperless on or before May 30, 2008 to avoid the paper document charges ($1.50 per paper trade confirmation and $2.00 per paper statement) effective June 1, 2008.






Note: When signing up for paperless, please make sure you use a valid email address. If you use a new email address to sign up for paperless documents, it will replace your existing email address in our records and become your default contact information. If you have linked accounts at Zecco Trading, your selection for paperless will apply to all linked accounts. Paperless email notifications that are rejected (undeliverable) will be automatically resent by email, and after 2 unsuccessful email delivery attempts for statements or 5 unsuccessful attempts for confirmations, your profile will be automatically reset to receive hard copies by regular mail to your mailing address of record.

Does anyone there actually USE this site?  There is NO 'Account Records' on your home page.  But wait, you told me to go to Zecco trading. Not "Zecco trading" but the damn trading page on Zecco.com. So I do.  But wait, I need a 'Trading Key'...whatever that is...I'm not told I should receive one from the myriad of emails I now receive.  I have to find that out after I try and fail to log in thinking my login is, well, my damn login.

Your site is so confusing that if I wasn't so damn cheap I would drop you in a heart-beat for another brokerage.  Now send me my 'Trading Key'

I can't find any of it in the e-mails they sent me a week ago ... only 4 of them but where are my numbers ? ... so called 24/7 email service hasn't gotten back to me ... I am giving up.
