Jeroen Veth, entrepreneur
and former Merrill Lynch Vice President, founded Zecco Holdings, Inc. on the philosophy
that some things in life should be free… like commissions. He has 14 years of experience
in the financial industry, focusing on client acquisition, asset management, and
sales. He gained recognition for his outstanding performance in the European banking
industry. All of this high level experience provided Jeroen with a deep understanding
of the financial services industry and the confidence to follow through with his
vision of a free trading community and launch of Zecco.

Allard Luchsinger
is a veteran internet entrepreneur and financial services expert. He started his
career as a strategy consultant at Gemini Consulting. For Gemini he worked extensively
in the United States, Europe and Asia and gained his experience in the international
financial services industry. In the late nineties Allard started two internet companies
in Europe, TradingCars.com and LiquidThoughts New Media, which started Wannahaves,
the first true multi-media player in the Northern European market. In the mid 2000’s
Allard worked for the Dutch consulting firm Boer & Croon, where he specialized in
new business models and financial services. Allard earned degrees in political science
and philosophy from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and a master’s degree
in management from the London School of Economics.

Fun Fact: Not too long ago Allard decided he wants to be a professional
level harmonica player in ten years time. Much of his spare time is spend practicing
in his basement.
Gabriel Dalporto
brings strong financial services and online marketing experience from E*TRADE Financial
and JPMorgan Chase. As Vice President of Marketing at E*TRADE, he led the online
advertising, website marketing, consumer research, decision science and call center
marketing teams. Notable accomplishments at E*TRADE included leading a complete
redesign of the etrade.com public site while helping drive dramatic growth in online
brokerage accounts. Gabriel is responsible for driving customer growth through marketing
initiatives and spearheading Zecco’s product strategy.

Michael Raneri is
recognized as a pioneer in electronic trading and a leader in building compelling
Web 2.0 technologies. Michael’s initial involvement with Zecco was his appointment
to the board of directors of Zecco Holdings in 2006. Subsequently Michael joined
Zecco in an operational role as CIO in 2008 to lead the Product Development, Engineering,
and IT initiatives for the Company. Michael’s was most recently the CEO of MeeVee.com,
a website where consumers can create a personalized online entertainment guide,
find and view relevant multimedia content that matches their interests, and participate
in an entertainment based social networking platform. Michael’s previous role was
SVP of Integrated Client Experiences at Charles Schwab, where he led the and many
initiatives that fueled the Charles Schwab’s rapid growth on the Internet for consumer
facing and internal application development. With more than 20 years of exceptional
leadership experience, built through a variety of management positions at MeeVee,
Charles Schwab & Company and Quick & Reilly, Inc. (now Bank of America Securities),
he brings an unique combination of financial services and Web 2.0 product development
to the table.

Mr. Bardwick began
his career in investment banking, working with Salomon Brothers and Citicorp Investment
Bank in New York. Peter transitioned to corporate management when he became VP Finance
for WestWood One, a Solomon Brother’s client and the world’s largest radio network
company. Since then, he has held CFO, COO and CEO positions for both public and
private companies including Reactrix Systems, Inc., Digital Path Networks, infoUSA.com,
CBS MarketWatch, and the Beasley Broadcast Group. As CFO Peter was responsible for
CBS MarketWatch’s highly successful IPO. His experience includes board and advisory
board positions with high growth companies and he was the founding investor of Healthcare
Data Solutions, a successful healthcare direct marketing company. Peter has raised
$10.4 billion for companies where he was an executive or which were investment-banking
clients. Peter holds an MBA in Finance and BA in Political Science (cum laude),

Michael Feser brings
over 21 years of experience in the brokerage industry, focusing on service, sales
and relationship management. Michael has held prior executive roles with companies
known for highly rated customer experiences: E*TRADE Financial, BrownCo, and USAA
Investment Management Company. As VP, Customer Service at E*TRADE, he was instrumental
in the turnaround of their service organization encompassing 1,400 employees in
the US and Philippines. Michael holds the FINRA series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 53 and 63
registrations. He also has earned a BBA in finance from Texas State University and
an MBA from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. At Zecco Trading, he will
be leveraging that experience to transform the customer experience.
Fun Fact: Michael raced motorcross professionally (local pro) as a teenager.
Now he loves riding his Harley Davidson through canyon roads of SoCal and cruising
the PCH.
Francesco specializes in designing systems that make innovative business models thrive in highly regulated markets. He has fifteen years of leadership experience in legal and compliance issues in industries undergoing deregulation and competitive disruption. Before joining the Zecco family, Francesco was the Chief Compliance Officer of online stock and options broker TradeKing, where he established and managed the compliance and fraud prevention functions. Previously, Francesco was a Director in the Energy Trading Group at Cinergy Corp., one of the nation’s leading energy trading organizations. Francesco holds a JD from Italy’s Università degli Studi and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.
